Please find below the summary of the scientific programme of the February 2012 conference of SRS. You can find the venues, times and presenting authors of all the scientific sessions.

The previously distributed programmed had to be changed at several points. All presentations previously scheduled to the Theoretical Buidling will be held in the lecture room of the Department of Dermatology. Please observe all changes and attend the sessions according to the new programme. NB: the first activity each day commences at 8:15 a.m.

You can download the detailed programme as a PDF document. Authors in bold are the student chairmen for each block who chair the session alognside a professor (indicated at the top of each session). The starting times for each block will likely be met, but the exact timing for other talks may vary significantly.

Monday, 13 February 2012

All authors should upload their presentations till 23:59 hour, 13 February 2012 through the online submission system. Presentations not uploaded till that time will not be available on the computers used during the sessions. You will not be able to upload your presentation during the break between sessions or before the first session of the day.

Tuesday, 14 February 2012

You will have the opportunity to check your presentation on Tuesday (Department of Cardiology, Division of Clinical Physiology, room 007) using the very same computers that will be available in the lecture roms. If you do not take this opportunity, we can not guarantee that your videos will play. This is not an opportunity to test the look of your presentation, there will be no video projectors available.

We kindly ask all presenting authors to be present during their whole session whenever possible. All presenting authors should arrive at the lecture room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of their respective block.

We ask everyone to enter and exit the rooms during the breaks between blocks or during the discussion after each presentation if the former is not possible. In order to minimize the disturbance, please use the back doors of the lecture rooms only.

All scheduling requests received on or before 6 January 2012 were taken into account. The programme presented here is final and not changeable on the request of authors or tutors.
